Maru del Moral has a long career as Head of Customer Experience and Quality of Service. She has been trained also in Six Sigma methodology and has specialized in the Insurance and Banking sector. In the last 20 years, he has worked for different insurance companies such as Direct Line and AXA, where she has developed Customer Experience programs together with EMEA LATAM countries, supporting local teams in the Customer satisfaction improvement and main KPIs measurements. Last 1st of February, Maru has joined eKomi as Customer Experience Director and she will integrate her deep industry expertise in the digital CX space for banking and insurance companies. The move comes amid increasing industry wide focus on customer experience as a key business differentiator and she wants to provide highest quality and highest possible value to eKomi customers. “The instant and closer interaction will allow to better serve our customers by developing efficient mechanisms to respond quicker and to support them more effectively”, Maru said.
